1. Overview
Workspace AI Controls are intended to help admins govern how AI features operate across Taskologic and Flo.
2. Potential Controls
Depending on plan and product maturity, workspace admins may be able to control:
- AI summaries
- transcript analysis
- recording analysis
- memory indexing
- followup extraction
- task suggestions
- retention settings
- user access to AI features
- external sharing
- connected AI providers
3. Recording and Transcript Controls
Admins may configure whether sessions can be recorded, transcribed, summarized, indexed, or retained.
4. Memory Controls
Admins may configure what content is indexed into operational memory and who can search it.
5. User Visibility
Users should be clearly informed when AI features are active, especially recording, transcription, memory indexing, or automated extraction.
6. Future Roadmap
Workspace AI Controls will evolve as Flo and Taskologic mature into enterprise-ready platforms.
