1. Overview

Taskologic and Flo are built to support operational work, collaboration, conversations, transcripts, AI-assisted memory, and business execution. Trust, security, and responsible AI practices are part of the product experience.

2. Security Principles

We aim to follow these principles:

  • workspace-level access control
  • secure authentication
  • vendor due diligence
  • data minimization
  • encryption where appropriate
  • operational monitoring
  • responsible AI use
  • controlled feature rollout

3. Authentication and Access

Access is managed through user accounts, workspace membership, and roles. Workspace owners and admins may control users and permissions.

4. Data Protection

We use reasonable safeguards to protect customer data in transit and at rest where supported by our infrastructure and vendors.

5. AI Data Handling

AI features may process workspace data, transcripts, moments, documents, and followups to generate helpful outputs. We aim to use AI providers and configurations appropriate for business use.

6. Recordings and Transcripts

Flo Live may process recordings and transcripts according to user actions, workspace settings, and plan limits.

7. Vendors

The platform may rely on vendors for hosting, AI processing, video infrastructure, payments, analytics, email, storage, and support.

8. Incident Response

If we identify a security incident affecting customer data, we will investigate, take appropriate action, and notify affected customers where required.

9. Compliance Roadmap

We may pursue additional security and compliance milestones as the product matures, including stronger audit logging, retention controls, DPA support, enterprise controls, and formal security review processes.
