1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Taskologic and Flo.
2. General Rule
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, expressly stated in writing, or approved by us at our discretion.
3. Monthly Plans
Monthly plan payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins.
4. Annual Plans
Annual plans may be eligible for limited review if a refund request is submitted within a defined launch or promotional window. Approved refunds may be prorated or partial.
5. Promotional or Early Access Pricing
Founding customer offers, launch promotions, discounted plans, and special pricing may have separate refund terms.
6. Trials
If a trial requires a payment method, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
7. Usage-Based Charges
Usage-based fees, AI credits, overages, recordings, storage, transcription usage, and live session usage are generally non-refundable once consumed.
8. Billing Errors

- workspace name
- invoice or charge date
- reason for request
