1. Overview
Flo Live and related features may allow users to record, transcribe, analyze, summarize, and store live sessions or conversations.
2. Participant Notice
Sessions may be recorded or transcribed when enabled by a user, organizer, host, admin, or workspace configuration.
Suggested in-app notice:
This session may be recorded and analyzed by AI for summaries, decisions, and followups.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for notifying participants and obtaining consent where required by law, contract, company policy, or workspace rules.
4. AI Analysis
Recorded or transcribed sessions may be processed by AI to generate:
- summaries
- decisions
- action items
- followups
- operational memory
- tasks
- project suggestions
- searchable context
5. Admin Controls
Workspace admins may configure recording, transcript, AI analysis, memory indexing, and retention settings where available.
6. Retention
Recordings and transcripts may be retained according to workspace settings, plan limits, product defaults, or legal requirements.
7. Sharing
Users should not share recordings, transcripts, or summaries outside authorized audiences.
8. Sensitive Information
Avoid sharing sensitive personal, legal, financial, medical, credential, or confidential information unless authorized and necessary.
