Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

1. Purpose
This Data Processing Addendum is a template for customers who require additional data processing terms.
2. Roles
For Customer Content, the customer is generally the controller or business, and Taskologic/Flo acts as processor or service provider where applicable.
3. Processing Activities
Processing may include hosting, storing, transmitting, analyzing, indexing, summarizing, securing, and supporting customer data.
4. Categories of Data
Data may include:
- account data
- workspace data
- project/task data
- documents
- chat messages
- recordings
- transcripts
- uploaded files
- AI inputs and outputs
- usage logs
5. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support the Services.
6. Subprocessors
We may use subprocessors for hosting, storage, AI processing, video infrastructure, analytics, communications, payments, and support.
7. Security Measures
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Services.
8. Data Subject Requests
Where applicable, we will reasonably assist customers with data subject requests.
9. Deletion and Return
Upon termination, data may be deleted or returned according to product capabilities, legal requirements, backups, and retention schedules.
10. Legal Review Required
This DPA should be reviewed and customized by legal counsel before use with enterprise customers.
