Billing & Subscription Policy

1. Overview

This Billing & Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, trials, usage limits, and payment issues are handled.

2. Plans

Taskologic and Flo may offer free, trial, paid, promotional, usage-based, annual, monthly, workspace, seat-based, or enterprise plans.

Plan features may vary by product, workspace, user role, region, promotion, or contract.

3. Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges through the selected payment method.

4. Usage-Based Limits

Plans may include limits for:

  • seats/users
  • workspaces
  • live session minutes
  • recordings
  • transcript hours
  • AI analysis credits
  • stored files
  • operational memory indexing
  • moments
  • followups
  • automation or agent usage
  • retention period

Usage beyond plan limits may require upgrade, overage fees, usage credits, or throttling.

5. AI and Live Cost Controls

Because AI processing, video infrastructure, transcription, recordings, and storage create real operating costs, we may apply fair-use limits, plan caps, retention limits, rate limits, or additional charges.

6. Trials

Trials may convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Trial availability may be limited to new users or workspaces.

7. Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may notify you, retry billing, restrict access, suspend paid features, or terminate service after a grace period.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel according to the process available in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.

9. Pricing Changes

We may change pricing or plan limits. Where required, we will provide notice before changes affect active paid subscriptions.

10. Taxes

Fees may exclude taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
