AI Safety & Usage Guidelines

1. Purpose

These guidelines explain responsible use of AI features in Taskologic and Flo.

2. Use AI as Assistance

AI should support human work by helping with summaries, followups, memory, task extraction, and operational recommendations.

AI should not be treated as final authority.

3. Review Before Acting

Users should review AI-generated:

• summaries
• decisions
• followups
• task suggestions
• project suggestions
• risk flags
• recommendations

before relying on them.

4. Sensitive Information

Avoid entering sensitive personal, legal, medical, financial, credential, or confidential information unless authorized and necessary.

5. Avoid Harmful Use

Do not use AI features for harassment, deception, impersonation, surveillance, unauthorized profiling, or harmful automation.

6. Operational Recommendations

AI may identify blockers, risks, followups, recurring topics, or possible next steps. These are recommendations, not guarantees.

7. Admin Responsibility

Workspace admins should configure AI settings appropriate to their organization’s needs and inform users how AI is used.

8. Report Problems

Report harmful, inaccurate, or inappropriate AI behavior to support.
