AI Disclosure Policy

This document is a launch-ready business/legal template and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public release.
1. Overview
Taskologic and Flo use artificial intelligence to help teams capture, organize, summarize, search, and act on operational information.
AI is used to assist people, not replace human judgment.
2. Where AI May Be Used
AI may be used for:
- meeting summaries
- transcript analysis
- moment analysis
- decision extraction
- action item extraction
- followup suggestions
- task suggestions
- project suggestions
- memory search
- content classification
- operational recommendations
- workflow assistance
- agentic support features
3. AI Outputs Are Not Guaranteed
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, delayed, or misinterpreted.
Users should review AI outputs before:
- assigning work
- making business decisions
- sharing summaries externally
- relying on extracted decisions
- using generated followups
- treating AI output as official record
4. Human Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for setting expectations with users and participants.
5. No Professional Advice
AI outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, regulatory, or professional advice.
6. Transcripts and Summaries
Transcription may contain errors due to audio quality, speaker overlap, accents, background noise, connectivity, or technical issues.
Summaries and action items are generated from available content and may omit context.
7. Autonomous or Agentic Features
Where the Services provide agentic actions, automated recommendations, or workflow suggestions, users remain responsible for confirming that actions are appropriate.
8. AI Provider Processing
Some AI features may rely on third-party AI providers. We aim to use reasonable safeguards, but users should not submit highly sensitive information unless they are authorized and comfortable with the workspace’s AI settings.
9. Admin Controls
Workspace admins may be able to configure AI settings, including transcription, summaries, retention, memory indexing, and AI-assisted extraction.
10. Reporting Issues
If AI output appears harmful, inaccurate, or inappropriate, report it to support.
