Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy protects Taskologic, Flo, customers, users, and third parties from harmful, abusive, illegal, or disruptive use.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

• violate laws or regulations
• infringe intellectual property rights
• harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse others
• upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• attempt unauthorized access
• scrape or harvest data without permission
• overload, disrupt, or interfere with systems
• bypass security or access controls
• impersonate people or organizations
• distribute spam or deceptive content
• facilitate fraud or phishing
• use AI features to deceive, manipulate, defame, or harm others

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, generate, store, or distribute content that is:

• illegal
• abusive
• exploitative
• malicious
• intentionally deceptive
• sexually exploitative
• hateful or harassing
• designed to cause harm
• unauthorized confidential information
• content you do not have rights to use

4. Recording Abuse

You may not record, transcribe, analyze, or share conversations without required consent. You are responsible for compliance with applicable recording and privacy laws.

5. AI Misuse

You may not use AI features to:

• generate harmful instructions
• impersonate others without disclosure
• automate abuse
• create deceptive records
• fabricate business records
• bypass human review where required

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate workspaces, or report activity where required.
